Example: 110100 - 100010. use complement method. they say must use the highest binary which is 111111 for this case, to minus the 100010. to get the 1 complement number. then + 1 to make it 2's complement. fuck you. bullshit. waste time. 2's complement for 100010 is 011110. got pattern one leh. see from the back . the first 1
